First-Article Inspections

As a sex toy factory with standard operation principle, Sullmate has experienced and professional team to inspect first-article samples prior to mass production. This inspection assures that the product specifications are being met and avoids potential risks of mistakes.

In-Process Inspections

An in-process QC inspection checks random items from during production. This confirms the product structure and some particular parts of the product meet the design.Inspection Ratio: Random item.

Finished Product Inspection
Tests of quality,property,function and lifecycle of every item in one batch. The inspection range include but not limited to surface,appearance,waterproof,motor sound level,battery,etc.

Packaged Product Inspection
Tests of package materials,drop of packaged products to simulate the shipping environment; Inspection Ratio: Random Item Inspection.

Pre-Shipment Inspections

A pre-shipment inspection generally occurs 1~2 days before the shipping time. Inspection Ratio: Random items from the warehouse stock. A copy of in-plant report file will be submitted to client. If client arranges 3rd party inspection, the pre-shipment inspection procedure will be carried out together by 3rd part and us.
